Mackenzie Robinson (formerly, Mackenzie Seagram) is a Registered Counselling Therapist Candidate with a Master’s in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. She has gained experience working with first responder and veteran populations over the past 5 years through her work with Landing Strong and more recently through the Veterans Transition Network.

Mackenzie is passionate about working with individuals at any stage of their life who are looking for support with building confidence, learning coping strategies, processing grief and trauma, and navigating life changes. She has received specialized training in Emotions-Focused Therapy (EFT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (a form of CBT). She works with a diverse case load and takes a collaborative approach to ensure her client’s individual views and values are reflected in session.

Mackenzie does both individual and group therapy, and has a special interest in both the development and facilitation of program content.
