Dear Seagram & Associates Community,

A further update regarding our response to COVID-19 health concerns.

As of Friday, March 20, 2020, we are no longer holding in-office sessions with clients. We have set up a secure virtual option to allow continued support. It is easy to use, and does not require you to download anything on your computer. Google Chrome or Firefox are the required browsers. For those who are uncomfortable with computers, telephone support is also available. This is the best way to keep everyone safe. Please let us know if you are interested in either of these options, or if you prefer to cancel your appointment. Just give us a call to let us know your preferences (902) 472-2972 so that we know if you still want your scheduled appointments.

The start time for our group programs are being pushed back and will begin two weeks later than originally scheduled. Both groups now start the week of April 13. If you’re registered for a group, we’ll contact you with more details. If health restrictions are still in effect at that time, we will readjust the start time to when it is safe for us to be together,

If you have any concerns, questions, or believe we have missed something, we invite you to reach out to us.

Warmly, Belinda
